Additionally we propose to restructure § 422.503(b)(4)(vi)(C)(1) (with the proposed revisions) into two paragraphs (that is, paragraph (C)(1) and (C)(2)) to separate the scope of the compliance training from the frequency with which the training must occur, as these are two distinct requirements. With this proposed revision, the organization of § 422.503(b)(4)(vi)(C) will mirror that of § 423.504(b)(4)(vi)(C). Further, we propose to revise the text in § 423.504(b)(4)(vi)(C)(2) to track the phrasing in § 422.503(b)(4)(vi)(C)(2), as reorganized.
