As discussed earlier in this preamble, we are proposing to integrate the lock-in provisions with existing Part D Opioid DUR Policy/OMS. Determinations made in accordance with any of those processes, proposed at § 423.153(f), and discussed previously, are interrelated issues that we collectively refer to as an “at-risk determination” made under a drug management program.
