We would also state in subsection (ii) that if the sponsor complied with the requirement of paragraph (f)(2)(i)(C) of this section, and the prescribers were not responsive after 3 attempts by the sponsor to contact them by telephone within 10 business days, then the sponsor has met the requirement of paragraph (f)(4)(i)(B) of this section.
